I can’t thank everyone at Greater Lowell Buick GMC enough for the amazing customer service I received today. Between working at the hospital (I am a nurse), homeschooling my kids, and doing my own homework for grad school, I was way overdue for an oil change. The vehicle purchase experience was unlike any other I’ve had at a dealership. Chris, the salesman was fantastic and helped to make the deal happen. Chris was my service advisor. He kept me in the loop on the status of my car. He made me aware of some maintenance that was needed that I didn't know about. He addressed an item from GMC (that was mailed to me in a letter) that improved the performance of my car. They repaired another item thru my warranty. The entire experience made me feel great and I feel my car is running better thanks to this visit.
