The staff members were professional, but there were many problems with this facility. We brought our dog here to be euthanized due to renal failure. He was taken to a back room without us to be evaluated. At a difficult time, one does not wish to have strangers evaluate a pet without an owner’s presence. We were shown to a lovely room and had just gotten settled, when we were asked to wait while someone else was placed ahead of us. Run! They might be open all night , however the minimal you will sit waiting for the Dr is 5 hrs no matter if it's urgent or not

I took my 10 year old German Shepherd there for treatment. Was hoping bladder infection. Ended up being Spleen and Lung Cancer. The staff and Vet were so kind and compassionate during this hard time. The hard decision was made to end his pain and allow him peace. To all of the staff we dealt with...thank you. While hard, you all made the end peaceful. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff at GLVC is. We rushed our 8 month old kitten PJ to GLVC after a dog attack. They rushed him back and got him comfortable immediately. He spent the night with their amazing staff who kept us updated every step of the way with his progress. He came home this morning with a fan club of staff. Laurie and Carson did such an amazing job taking care of our baby. The doctors were so supportive and informative while we were in the office and by calling us at home.
