From all the negative reviews, I would NEVER send my pet to this vet clinic. Apparently from prior customers,all the clinic cares about is the almighty dollar. Plan on dropping at least $800 for a normal diagnostics,anesthetic and nail trim...that's an estimate. Then,after that,they'll suprise you with "unforseen" charges. There's another local vet whom I won't mention, they quoted me $1200 for an emergency appointment and they couldn't even ballpark a figure out moving forward. Called late (I'd say between 9 and 10pm) to get my dog in because he wasn't using either front legs and fell to the floor. When I got there the receptionist was very kind and caring. I told them what was going on and they got him right back. So thankful they were able to take him.
Vet and assistant were extremely kind and helpful, but the place moves at a snails pace to get anything done.
This is a very special and compassionate center to bring your favorite pet for emergency care. The staff are all so caring and sensitive to your needs. I want to say a special thank you to all of you for the care you gave to Tiny and the special sympathy card that you sent me.
My sister and I brought my kitten in for a dislocated hip. Filled out paperwork and paid the $150 fee. After an hour was taken to a room and told a tech would be with me shortly. 45 minutes later he came in and asked the same questions I had already answered in detail on the intake form. Long story short, after over 3 hours was told all they had done was taken his vitals...no pain meds given.
