While I haven't taken my pet here in person, I can say the receptionists on the phone are so kind and helpful, even offering advice and answering all questions and concerns. You can tell they genuinely care here

Horrible, horrible experience. They did not even give my cat 20 minutes to 'stabilize' before telling me the the choices were to spend thousands to keep her there or euthanize. I asked if we could just keep her a few hours and they said 12 hours was the minimum they'd consider which was still the amount of a mortgage payment. I was there less than an hour and went home with a huge debt and no cat.

Staff is really nice and moved quickly. Really helped with my cat Mittens. Dont ever feed your cat Ziwi wet food, made my cat throw up about 20 times until she was staggering when she walked. But again thanks guys im thankful for you.

She shared her impression and explained the likely causes... read more

We took the chances and took him to a different vet the next morning who saved his life and has been thriving since then! They did everything they could do and figured out that his bone marrow stopped producing red blood cells so is now on medicine and almost back to normal! In February we received a card in the mail saying sorry for the loss of our dog! The card was personally signed and written in by many o... read more
