This place is a joke, avoid at all costs. Wife took our cat there, they took blood and after results said it was dehydrated and probably ate something that was toxic even though it'sbrother that eats everythingthat he does was fine. After the lab results were sent to another vet they said cat is in kidney failure and there's barely anything they could do for it. So the vet that was at this place is so incompetent that they can't even read labs and give the correct diagnosis. If you love your pet, take it somewhere else!
My momma dog was ready to cross the rainbow bridge and going here was the best choice. Very compassionate and caring. Thank you for helping me through this trying time.
After 50 years of owning dogs cats and horses and living in several areas of the country this is the single worst experience I've ever had at a vet clinic. No one could find a diagnosis sheet for 4 days and the take-home instructions were seven handwritten words on a Post-It note. They performed a diabetes test without my consent, and got a false positive because the cat was stressed. Therefore, I had it done again twice (and paid for it twice) at two other clinics. Our pup got sick out of the blue and passed shortly after we arrived. It was absolutely heartbreaking and this office and everybody inside were absolutely wonderful and compassionate. My husband felt safe and comfortable enough to actually feel how he was feeling without worrying. I never expected to get a hand written card, blew us out of the water.
