I had to say goodbye to my dog today and they made the whole process easy and made me feel better about it. I recommend going here for your pets.
They took my dog out of anesthesia and kicked us out, my dog suffered. They canceled his surgery 3 times for the doctors personal life issues
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Drove 45 MINUTES for my dog to be 'seen'. Got there around 230pm and the receptionist took my dog back to get vitals. I didn't see her again the whole 4hours we waited. Receptionist stated that "since she was having a hard time walking she was just going to leave her back there." After being placed in room after waiting 3+ hours, we continued to wait another 45 minutes (without my dog). When I finally went out to ask how much longer and she informed me that it would be a little longer, because they're ... read more
Staff was very nice. Cost was as expected. Only issue was 5 1/2hr wait. But we also understand that it was a Saturday and unfortunately were very busy.
