Unsafe environment. The police were called out by neighbors due to a physical altercation between the male staff. In my experience, the staff is unmanaged and unsupported. I was called by staff to immediately come to the home and help with the companions, which is how I found out about the physical altercation and the police involvement.. Staff would also text early in the morning to request a change of my son's pickup time of his doctor's appointment to accommodate the staff schedule.. Greater Impressions Residential care is the best. If you walk into the homes you definitely feel welcomed and like family. I’ve seen a lot and by far Greater Impressions is the best I’ve seen so far... When I say family I mean it.. Thank you for love and care you pour out each and every day..

Greater Impressions Residential care is unbelievably awesome! Awesomeness starts from the top, and that is the director, Lacinder King! My son couldn't be happier. The house is immaculate, a healthy menu, staff engagement, etc... Top notch care from direct care staff, management, back office, and nursing. We struck gold with this provider!!
