Dr. Heather Sauer was recommended to me by a friend who has enjoyed working with her. I enjoyed her straightforward approach initially, but after only a few sessions this gave way to a regrettable experience. She showed up to every virtual appointment 15 to 30 minutes late. On one occasion, I asked her a question and she frankly stated she did not have time and ended the session. Dr. Nguyen has been a wonderful addition to my son's medical team. She is helping support his ADHD and Anxiety management through finding the correct medication and the proper dosage. We've only seen her virtually, but will be paying her a visit tomorrow morning. I just hope my son is more responsive to his treatment and will be able to ready.
