I have been going to this practice for about 10 years and they have always been kind, considerate and professional. The person who posted the terribly negative review may have been unaware that in 2018, when they made their post, the main doctor in the practice passed away suddenly. That left everything in disarray - what was going to happen to the practice? And, of course, everyone was shocked and sad and very quiet as they went about their duties. Saw a real doctor about 2 times in a year of monthly visits. Always a PA or nurse practitioner I have never seen the doctor that now owns the place. Large staff turnover . The staff is rude and becomes hostile if you need extra help or question them. They would not let me see someone until I paid a deductible that I knew was not theirs to collect. I had to pay it to get my pain meds refilled then called my insurance company and they called them to let them know they were wrong. Now I have a credit there. They bill insurance ... read more

DR BEN IS GREAT. THE STAFF IS LAZY AND VERY SLOW TO HELP PATIENTS. THEY DONT HURT SO THEY ACT LIKE THEY DONT CARE. THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL THEY ACT LIKE YOU ARE BOTHERING THEM. VERY POOR ATTITUDES TOWARDS PATIENTS
