They never called to tell me how much I would owe for my session. I assumed it would be my $30 copay. They told me when I arrived for my first session that I owe $135 and they already charged my card without my consent. I had to ask for a refund and cancel the appointment.
Realized as I was trying to make an appointment at the Cypress location that I actually sought care at the Katy location a few years prior and received the worst mental health care I’ve ever had. I tried to set up an appointment with the Cypress location and their admin called me four times in a span of an hour. I have a life and a job, and just because I didn’t answer doesn’t mean it’s some dire emergency. Just leave a message for Christs sake.
