Very poor company, they violate HIPAA on an everyday basis. Very unprofessional, not well put together and they treat employees with little to no respect whatsoever. I have been a CNA for 3 years and I love being so, however, paying bills and putting food on the table is important. I was paid LESS than a retail job. With that being said, I worked 50+ hour weeks with no overtime pay and NO benefits which is ironic seeing as they are so expensive ($3,000 a week).
