These 2 men were working on our upstairs neighbor plumbing issue, knocked on our door downstairs and when I opened the door he just walked in pushing his way past me, he walked all the way through my family room to my teen daughters bathroom and just stood there looking in her bathroom, I was floored to say the least, had no idea who he was(other than obviously knowing they were her plumbers) he didn't introduce himself or anything, he did NOT ask to come into my home !! Once again, Greater Dekalb Plumbing came to rescue for me last weekend! Why do I keep using Greater Dekalb? They are honest as the day is long. They don’t try to make up reasons to jack up the bill. They fix what needs to be fixed and don’t push other repairs unless they are needed. Their customer service is great & they are very responsive. Very fast and professional. I have used them for years and I can always count on them to get the job done right!
$250.00 for the first HOUR!!!! Yes, they charge $150 for an hour, $15 for gas and $85 just to show up. They think this is competitive....you do the math!!! UGH! NEVER AGAIN!!! )))):
