Unprofessional staff. No updates provided. Wait times are horrible. They over book everyone and make you wait hours
My mother originally had a 3:45 appointment to follow up on a recent hip replacement surgery. That appointment was moved up to 2:30. Well we were finally rolled into the exam room at 3:41, waited about another 10 minutes for a 15 minute visit. Now tell me how this makes any sense. Keep in mind that I arrived for the appointment at 2:00 so I could fill out paperwork and mom was brought to the appointment by the rehab facility and arrived at 2:10. Makes no sense at all. Couldn’t ask for a better Doctor than Dr. Gilbert, he literally saved my life with this crazy sacral tumor that I have. When no one else would help me, or just couldn’t he took a chance with me. I can’t thank him enough!
The doctor was great, but the person at the front desk needs a different job, where she doesn't have to be bothered by people. She doesn't have the skill for dealing with people.
