Where do I start? Justin in the last 3 years has helped me and my wife on multiple occasions. He helped us purchase our first home, then he helped me purchase a 2nd home while also selling the first one. Justin walked us through the whole process and worked with my current tenant to have showings during a mutual time. Justin explained the various offers' highlighting the pros/cons of each. He is often quick to respond to my text messages. The nice thing also, was everything was done remotely. In other words, I never meet Justin. Clearly this guy knows how to use technology to get the transaction done. We closed within the same month that the condo was listed.
Justin helped my girlfriend and I in a tough market. He was very responsive and respectful even when asked to do multiple showings a week. Strongly recommend
