I usually don’t write reviews on places, but my experience here recently was awful. I usually come here for my glasses and contacts and usually they’re very nice but this time I came in I was a little early just hoping I could get the paperwork filled out while waiting we’re just checking in. No one was up at the front desk for a good 20 minutes. Staff couldn’t explain the $100 difference between selective and non‑selective contact lenses. The employee laughed and admitted they’re told to always select non‑selective, which drives up costs for patients while benefiting the office. I’ll be going to a more transparent and ethical provider.
So my 1st time coming to this location. I was happy they were open on a Sunday. I go up to the receptionist day where there were 2 ladies. One was pleasant and one not so. She abruptly asked me questions I had already filled out on the online form when I made the appointment. When I politely informed her the information she needed was already in the system and I was aware of the extra costs associated with the visit. Well her attitude worsened. First eye exam in 12 years with Dr. Carrie Trigilio...she and her staff are absolutely professional. Carrie took the time to answer my questions patiently and without hesitation. Highly recommend.
