I’m scheduled for surgery in October with Dr. Forthman. I like him very much and have great confidence in him. The ladies at check-in at both locations are very pleasant! I took off 1 star because during my visit my surgery was scheduled, but at that time I wasn’t told you can’t change the surgery date more than twice. After speaking with my family I realized I needed to change the date. I suggest going home first and figure out what date is the best for you and your family before scheduling surgery.
