YESENIA, Is not helpful at all - had an emergency situation where Insurance needed to be checked - already explained to her that the service center isn't answering my calls - have been on hold for over 20 mins - asked for her manager she advised her manager was busy & she could send me to her voicemail - asked for someone else to help & she was a full on robot didn't help anything & hung up on me - Terrible customer service - Trucking companies beware they will leave you stuck without a load their office staff is not helpful... read more
