I give this office 5 stars. The staff is always nice and professional. They are very clean and timely with appointments and I love they are always giving back to the community. They are very detailed in what they do and helpful with answering questions, I would recommend this office to family and friends.
Unethical Business Practices! I contacted most of the dentists offices in Chattanooga to compare prices. I chose greater brained dental because of their low prices and they seemed very forthright when I talked to Monique over the phone. She said it would be $155 for a deep cleaning (debridement). When I went to pay, they charged me $191!!! That's a 25% mark up! I should have known something was fishy when they didn't want me to pay beforehand.-that way they could change the price without me walking out before I accepted thei... read more
