TL;DR: I was on the mental health track and GBBH changed my brain, and my life, for the better. Caring, dedicated staff and they will pay for Ubers if you can't drive yourself there. In-person is much better than virtual. GBBH/GBAC legitimately saved my life. I spent months in the PHP (full day) and IOP (half day) programs and I would recommend them to anyone with serious mental health struggles. I have had the privilege to go through the GBAC/GBBH outpatient program for anxiety and PTSD. This program offered a wide array of services and support. I had the pleasure of working with Celina Gomes for EMDR therapy which has been an amazing technique to help with my PTSD and coping.
