Driver cut me off and brake checked me resulting in my car activating emergency braking. Playing on her phone the entire time.
Terrible experience. Called for a taxi and was told that I would receive a call in 5-45 minutes when on the way. Called back at 50 minutes and was told there was nothing in the system. While trying to get another cab was called by a driver who said that she was told that I was going to call her and had been waiting but at this point was still close to an hour away. Due to this company I am missing my flight out of Birmingham home and missing Christmas.
