I was referred to Austin Moving Forward from my apartment locator's website and they were awesome all the way from the beginning to the end. They called and carefully went over all the details and exact costs, they had thorough paperwork that explained everything and didn't leave any stone unturned. On the day of the move the guys who showed were very courteous and lent me two large boxes to throw all my smaller stuff in. I was expecting my move from Austin to Houston to be hectic. Compass Van Lines made it easy! They showed up on time, were very careful with all my posessions and worked around my crazy move schedule! I appreciate everyone on the Compass team who helped meet my moving needs but moreover, my psychological needs. They really know how to make a customer feel comfortable! I would recommend Compass to anyone thinking about moving in Texas! Compass is awesome!

We moved for the 8th time in 12 years last week and I have to say "this was the best move ever"! We are a family of five with five bedrooms of furniture and personal effects and have used many movers from local guys to interstate movers through relocation companies (where price was no object) and honestly these guys were the best crew! Austin Moving Forward was professional, competitively priced, sensitive to our belongings and constantly in communication with us. I was very worried about my move day..But when the two great guys showed up they put me at ease. I was really wondering if it could all be done in the four hours alotted.. I was tight on money due to all the new deposits etc for the new apartment... and I was told they would do everything in their power to fit it into the alotted time.. and they did it! I received quotes from several moving companies. I chose Austin Moving Forward because Kyle was very helpful in answering my questions. I had been burned before with a moving company and was very uneasy with doing it again. The men showed up on time and moved everything quick, but professionally.
