If this is the place where it all begins with educating realtors then somewhere down the line it failed. The experience has been realtors pushing dump properties, half flipped properties with a high dollar amount set for the price and all claiming that several places have been well maintained and beautifully renovated. Buyers are not blind and if they are stupid enough to buy and not see the real deal in a showing then it's just desperation. Excellent Organization! The staff is Excellent, knowledgeable and always eager to help with whatever the RGA members need! I wish I could list everything they do but, 1) it is far too lengthy a list to put it all here and 2) they handle so much to make things better for the membership that I am sure they take care of way more than any of us even realize! They always have a positive attitude and make the running of the Association seem effortless! Definitely 5
