Absolutely slower place to eat that ive ever been to im almost going to ask for a refund they drag their feet and they should be faster since they're in an airport and people are on tight schedules. I apparently got "lost in the shuffle" my flight leaves at 822pm and I got to the counter at 757p. I just want my wrap and hope they let me eat it while others board. Worst time ever! Also not my fault for having so little inbetween time because this place is huge and poorly signed!
Honestly, if I could give a 0 I would. The lady that gave me my order was giving me an attitude when I asked for the other half of my order, so I had my husband go up there. He ordered a coffee that was clearly on our receipt and the cashier said “you didn’t get charged for a coffee” then why would it be on our receipt. My husband asked for sunny side up eggs on his breakfast plate & they gave him scrambled. We won’t be coming back.
Terrible service, the female worker seems has no enthusiasm at work, when there was no eggs, she did not even apologize to the customers, no coffee but you still be able to order from the screen. Very disorganized, do not go there to order
Ordered the chicken and avocado wrap with no sauce. When I sat on plane and opened my lunch, it was NOT chicken and avocado but beef with sauce and onions all in it. Needless to say, I threw it away and had no lunch! I have not eaten beef in over 40 years (and no raw onions). Do not go to this place or you better open your wrap to see what they really put in it. They need to pay attention that they are giving the correct order to the correct person!
The worst bowl I’ve ever had. The so-called “gyro” was nothing but a piece of dough with random seasoning. The sauce tasted like garlic mayo instead of proper yogurt, completely wrong. On top of that, the service was unpleasant—the girl was rude and dismissive. Absolutely not recommended.
