Ordered at 10:44 at kiosk. Requested no cheese and pita bread. Nearly 20 minutes later we got our food. Cheese was on it and hoagie roll not pita.
Out of all drinks, wouldn’t take cash(not because they couldn’t- but they were currently counting it.) Were very rude, upon me telling them to have a great day- I got completely ignored. Terrible experience, will not be back.
Mirroring what everyone else has said. Order was wrong. Slow staff. Just the general idgaf attitudes of everyone behind the counter. Food that I was served, wrong and missing items, wasn’t good at all. Would absolutely skip this place.
Charged me for 2 side items I didn't order. When I brought it their attention, the lady said because I chose bottled water instead of a soda for the meal she had to add feta and avocados. ???? I see the agreed to $3.34 for the water, but I don't understand $1 for creamy feta plus $1 for acocado. Bless her heart
During our layover we wanted a quick bite and Great Wraps was near our gate. They had bowl options or wraps for the same menu choices which was good. I got the gyro salad and ordered it on the screen by the register. All good so far. However, my number of my order was never called and when I asked there was obvious confusion. Much later I got my order (or did I?). When I went back to the gate to eat several items from my order were missing. The food was OK. Not recommended—there are better choices at ATL.
