I have been to Williamsburg and Charlotte Great Wolf Lodges and they're way better than this place. Pro: Great Customer Service from front desk to maintenance crew. Cons: 1. Hallway carpet looks old and dirty. 2. Sink faucet is hard to turn. You have to force it to be able to use the cold water. 3. Bathroom faucet is leaking. 4. Bathroom floor tiles are old and dirty. 5. The housekeeping staff were more polite than the front lobby staff. My room was dusty and there was no ventilation in the bathroom. The bathroom had black mold around the tub edge and shower handle edge. Air conditioner did not cool down the room, water park area was really humid, we had a allergic reaction to the soap in the public restroom because they did not have hypoallergenic soap they used coconut based soap. We have been here six times so far. My 9-year old son loves this place. When you return towels, make sure you scan your wrist band properly. We were once charged for the towels even though we did return them. We called them and eventually got a refund. MagiQuest is a good way to walk through the building up and down and do some exercise. One item wasn't responding to the magic wand, so we had to ask staff to process it on their PC.

I am very disappointed with my experience. The customer service was poor, and I had to wait in line for over an hour just to check in. The wait time was completely unacceptable, and there did not seem to be enough staff available to help customers. In addition, the inside of the facility had a strong unpleasant odor and felt very humid. There was also a strong smell of bleach throughout the area, which made the environment uncomfortable. It is sad to see the Surf Simulator was replaced by cabanas and a bar. The lines for ALL slides were too long due to only one staff member was assigned to help with 3 slides . This was on a Monday and Tuesday. The place was packed both days, but not enough employees were there to move the lines along. Very frustrating. Corporate greed wins again.
