I stayed for 4 days and I didn't get room service, the bathroom was dirty. I was charged $100 for parking every time I left the hotel. I paid $1500 NOT WORTH IT!!
Had a terrible experience, booked a room, and when we arrived, we were given the wrong room and they never changed it back and instead said that they decided to remodel the room we booked. Then when we went down to the water park, most was closed. The. Main attraction that most kids and adults enjoy. No warning or heads up during the booking. Could have given us a warning before hand and maybe offered some discounts for only having half the water park open.
I had a wonderful check-in! Fernando is who helped us and he was fantastic even when his debit machine was giving us issues he was quick to resolve the issue. Having patience on both sides of the counter is something humans need to learn. Thanks Fernando for making our first experience a memorable one🩵
We live in a world that is full of so much negativity and hate that’s it’s so nice to be at a location where everyone was just so nice. Great Wolf Lodge made sure to hire people that are so friendly, helpful and kind but I met someone there that went above and beyond that I won’t ever forget her.
