I have always received nothing but top flight service from Great Western Tire. The staff there has always been friendly, and I have never felt that I am being suggested services that I don't need. Great crew, fair price, phenomenal service. I couldn't ask for anything more.
Yes they are busy, yes you may have to wait to a bit, but they really take care of their customers. I got brand new tires last week and hit a bolt or something on the interstate. I change my tire and went straight to GWT where they determined my tires was completely ruined. They put a different used tire on my wheel to get me by until my new tire arrived as it had to be ordered in so I wouldn't be driving back and forth to Sundance on a donut. Personally I'm an honest person. I would recommend people to go to the Great Western Tire shops that are located in Rapid City, SD rather than the one located in Spearfish.
They were extremely busy, but were able to get me right in and helped me out. (Maybe it helped that we called ahead and told them what I needed!) They warned me ahead of time of would be awhile, but I was in and out with 4 new tires in an hour.
