RecommendedMy aunt and uncle ended up breaking down in Sturgis yesterday. He is a good Sam member and they never found anyone to come fix his tire. Didn’t know it was flat just was making a weird sound. Parked in Sturgis overnight. Tire was flat. Went to a few tire places in Sturgis no tire to match. Called Great West Tire. Bryan and Glen found a tire and sent Dallas with the repair truck. Needed up being a valve stem. He fixed it and they are on their way! Thank you so much! My favorite repair shop!
Blew a tire on the way home from Sturgis just outside Soearfish, SD. Called just before they closed. They kept a tech on site to take care of us as soon as we could get the spare on and limp in as we had a 2nd tire ready to go as well. Replaced 2 tires, mounted and balanced reasonably priced and very courteous. Awesome service!!!!
A great START would be to not act so arrogant and appreciate your business, Then, their service makes a lot of mistakes and acts like you are the bad guy when you ask about the mistakes.
Horrible experience with this shop. We were quoted one price, and then without telling us, shop began working on the car and the price doubled. On top of that, all of our stereo equipment was stolen. The owner has no concept of how a GOOD business is run and has offered no solution other than “to pay him”. He’s too worried about money that he doesn’t see the big picture and will screw over customers now, without realizing the business impacts later. They left something in my brand new tire! We had just purchased a new set in November!! The low tire light came on, we took it in to have them fix it, the manager and employee went over into the corner whispering to one another. They came back and said we needed to pay $150 to have a new sensor put in. No apologies for leaving whatever object it was in my tire, that most likely was the cause of the broken sensor. Just had a flat tire fixed this morning. In and out in 15 minutes. Courteous employees, reasonably priced service and speedy! Thank you! (Oh and they were busy, but never missed a beat. Those guys hustle!)
Great service! The lady at the desk, I think I heard her say her name was Anna, really knows her job. She’s professional and friendly even when she’s extremely busy.
