They gave me a trailer for rent with poor-quality tires. One by one, the tires started blowing out every 300 miles. I had to replace two tires on the road and got stuck in California for three days. Then on Monday, they told me that the tires I changed had to be replaced again. They take no responsibility at all. I strongly recommend not renting trailers from these people.
Great Western advertised two trailers on their website being of the correct height for California. We sent our money over night to them to pay for the trailers. When we were told it was they were ready, we were also told that they wouldn't fit under our truck because they were too tall (something that was misrepresented on their website) When we told them we couldn't use them and we wanted our money back it took them 3 weeks to send us a wire back.
