They are first class Jerks and will lie to sell you a building also.
Property Management? That's a joke! Once they took over our apartment complex and place went down hill fast. Within two months the washers and dryers are constantly out of order (only two of each to start with), and the yard is a mess with trash, cigarette butts, leaves, and overgrown plants. And forget communication with them - does not exist.
