Poor communication. They obviously don't need my business based on the lack of a quote despite promising to send it "today" multiple times in a row. Wasted my time and delayed my project instead of just telling me that they weren't interested in taking the job.

Recently competed a project with Great Way and the experience overall was excellent. The owner, Chris, was in direct contact with me throughout the project. He was transparent and always very responsive and knowledgeable with any questions or concerns I had. The craftmanship was excellent by all the trades involved and Great Way did a fantastic job of managing the different subcontractors involved throughout the project. They do great work and care about doing the work right. When issues have come up they’ve taken the time to make it right. They also charge a fair price. We’ve used them for multiple projects and will do so again if we have any other work
