The first day I was there, I met with the owner who reviewed all the details of the program. It sounded wonderful as the members were all in my demographic, would hold me accountable for attendance, provide me a full work out program and a trainer to work with me 1:1. The first day of my workout I was notified that my trainer had an emergency and couldn't make it. Second day, trainer texted and said he would be late.
