Scheduled reservation online. Paid the fee and all. I arrived the next day at cube smart on Felix St with a U-Haul 3 bedroom full. Just for the person to tell me the unit isn’t available. Then suggested I go to sister company 20 mins away on the opposite side of town. I was totally frustrated. There should be better communication. Definitely not who I thought they were.
Customer service is great, prices are acceptable (Right now) hope they are better than public storage and don’t jack up prices.Storage space is good , just needs TlC ;)
Christina was very helpful and sweet she made our visit very enjoyable compared to other facilities I’ve been to. She helped insure we were able to get the best customer service, and most affordable rates!
I have been paying the same price for .you unit for awhile now. An the price has went up. I am being charged for something that they were not concerned about before. It is ridiculous. They can care less about what they maybe affecting.
Christiana was very helpful throughout the process of renting my storage unit. She was friendly, professional, and made everything quick and easy. I really appreciate the great customer service!
