Christiana was very helpful throughout the process of renting my storage unit. She was friendly, professional, and made everything quick and easy. I really appreciate the great customer service!
An issue arose recently involving my unit and the units near me. I had no idea how I was going to handle this unforseen circumstance. Lucky for me, Manuel and Cathy with a C was more than willing to assist me and make everything much better. Thank you to Carmen as well for her input and taking us back to the 90's. I really do appreciate everything y'all did to accommodate me with this transition. Thank you all.
Upon arriving at the cube smart I needed a storage space that was bigger than our previous one. Ms. Christina gave a warm smile and how can I help you. I told her what we had reserved on line but wanted to look in it to make sure that it was enough room to store our furniture. She was very nice and took us to look at the storage before signing. She was professional and told us about the increase on the protection plan on the unit. Thanks Christina you made it easy to get the storage without problems.
