great people, great sevice – I have used these guys for a couple of years now,I find them to be joy to work with, the people in the office are wonderful
Buyer Beware I have been using GVPS for a number of years. Lately the service has declined tremendously. This past summer the workers damaged my equipment and the coping and charged me for an expensive improper repair. Andy, at "customer service" was rude and did not even apologize for the damage. I am very disappointed and will not use them again.
Worst Pool Service in My Opinion – WOW! I have been using Great Valley for four years because they came highly recommended. I really tried to work with them but have experienced problem after problem and possibly the worst customer service of any vendor I have used. Avoid this Pool Service – They overcharge for the work completed. They are not upfront about prices when price quote is requested before work is initiated. They are not willing to work with customer to reach a compromise.
