Dishonest , beware!!!! Never finishes, does not honor warranty nor commitment. Takes payment and disappears!!!!!
Their service is poor and the people who come to open a pool or work on it are often rude. Some people in the office are nice and helpful. They replaced a pump and it broke down the same season and they refused to fix it. I am not sure why there wasn't a warranty, but we were supposed to pay for fixing it. They are very expensive and their work is not great.

Goes Above and Beyond – I previously lived in this area and used this company... best in the area. I really appreciated the services provided by this team. They are there when you need them. The staff is friendly and happily provides additional education/ knowledge when needed. Thank you for the attention to detail!
A great company! – I found this company to be wonderful. They provided courteous service and a knowledgeable staff.
AWFUL – BEWARE! Very poor service. They are dishonest about pricing, work done is lacking in quality and the women in the office are rather rude. I would never use this company again.

Worst Pool Service in My Opinion – WOW! I have been using Great Valley for four years because they came highly recommended. I really tried to work with them but have experienced problem after problem and possibly the worst customer service of any vendor I have used. Its a shame because the workers are generally really nice. They just don't know what they are doing, have cause repeated damage to my equipment and then wanted me to pay for the repairs.
