I've ate at Steak N Shake restaurants all over the the united states , one of the best restaurants in the business, But sadly they aren't what they once was, No Customer service, This Muncie location is the worse I've ever experienced by far, Very Sarcastic Staff, very Rude Manager, Food was terrible, they don't honor Military discount as Steak n Shake advertises , every thing is self serve, they should allow you to prepare you're food , maybe then it would be fit to eat ..This location Needs to be shutdown
We went and ordered food and sat and waited for almost 40 mins my husband went to ask about our food the manager said it wasn’t on there screen the manager had told another employee he wasn’t going to make out and made it out like we lied the only reason we got our food is because the other employee told him he watched us out our order in on the kiosk computer. We won’t be going back they really need to have a talk with the manager because there was no reason to say we were lying and he wasn’t going to give us our food
ABSOLUTELY LOVE this restaurant! family and kid friendly! inside dinning with an always positive staff!! food is always cooked/hot/fastly served/and always taste great!! highly recommend this burger joint ! my go to is always a garlic cheeseburger! even got some of my maternity photos done here because it has been the most satisfying craving throughout my pregnancy!!
Food was great. Best milkshake in town. And didn't cost an arm and a leg.
