I waited to cool down before I wrote this review. What a tremendous disappointment Great Southern (or whatever their name is now) has been to me. They have been servicing my Puronics water softener system for over 4 years and have done an adequate job. However, about 2 weeks ago I walked into my garage, where the water softener was installed, to find water all over my garage floor.
