Nothing but disappointment with the services provided by LEE TRACTOR in Biloxi. The service department, particularly Thomas, has provided misleading information, LIES, LIES, LIES, and more LIES. I have never encountered such poor business practices and unprofessionalism. I would not recommend their services to anyone!
Great Service
Dropped a machine off to their service department 2 weeks ago. Service guy said it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it. Told them I needed it for a job but I’d put it off for 2 weeks. Just called and he just said they were moving me up the list but it’d be an additional 2 weeks before they could look at it. Going to get my machine and bringing it to another Kubota dealership. Won’t be doing business with them again.
