Dropped a machine off to their service department 2 weeks ago. Service guy said it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it. Told them I needed it for a job but I’d put it off for 2 weeks. Just called and he just said they were moving me up the list but it’d be an additional 2 weeks before they could look at it. Going to get my machine and bringing it to another Kubota dealership. Won’t be doing business with them again.

I wouldn't use Lee Tractor again if they were the last dealer! Got a 290 Case Material Handler needed spring pack on each track! Ordered them and I've never seen them come not assembled. Between waiting on parts and waiting on them to be assembled by another party (Puckett) it's been 5 weeks! Totally unacceptable! I love my kubota zero turn but took it in for a service, oil and filter change and transmission oil change. Almost $800 to do that service, their larbor rate is ridiculous, $180 labor for a engine oil change. Then it was $800 for the deck inspection changed one hub a bearing and a new belt. My total bill was $2000. They will never get my business again.
