Please DO NOT buy these houses, too many issues within 1 year. The warranty is very unprofessional and doesn’t care about the home owners. There are many faulty homes that they failed to get fixed within the warranty year. After shower door that isn’t correct fit and runs water on the floor, warrant email us saying we should put towel or mat at shower door to alleviate the issue. Please buy your homes elsewhere stay away from this company.
I purchased my townhouse in November of 2022. Within my year, I got deployed and returned one month before my warranty expired. That said, I could not experience all the seasons/weather conditions in my house. I am not a first-time homebuyer, and none of my issues are normal wear and tear, and this company refuses to take responsibility. Please avoid purchasing from them, or please hire an inspector who inspects everything, and I mean everything.
