While there have been delays outside of our control (previous developer passed). The new developers are invested and progressing with our community. Besides that, we absolutely love our community. We have solid neighbors and though we've had to wait for our amenities, our community feels more like a neighborhood. We have an interactive group page where we've planned events for the kids (there are many!) From Easter to kickball and Halloween. We are engaged community and I wouldn't trade that for anything! We LOVE our home in Heritage Crossing. Our neighbors are kind and friendly. The location is incredible. There has been a large delay with our development and amenities due to the unfortunate event of the death of the original developer. The developer’s family inherited the development, and they later sold it to the current developer. Our neighborhood is a great place to live. We love it here. Such a great community 🥰 Looking forward to welcoming more neighbors to our wonderful community.

Totally disgusted...

Construction started back and Adam’s is selling homes “lots” for second phase even know we were promised to have amenities completed in phase 1. Permits were not requested for that, anyone can check with the city. Do your due diligent and think a lot before purchasing a home here. The cherry on the cake is Town and Country that administers the HOA but yet doesn’t. Never checks not even the basics, if landscaping is being done p... read more
