Extremely disappointed in the leaders who allowed the troops to run around, yelling while waiting for the flag placement at Knoxville National Cemetery to begin. I realize they are young, but teach them to respect silence for those who gave their all. If not wait in vehicle until the beginning, very disruptive to those passing their respects.
