Dr. Dan and his staff are amazing! My 10 year old daughter was scared to have a procedure done and they had the upmost care and concern for her. The entire staff cares about you like family. I have been going to Great Smiles Family Dental for years and couldn't imagine going anywhere else!
I have recently switch to Great Smiles and my appointment the other day was the most thorough dental exam that I have experienced. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and explain everything as they go. I don't think that you could find a better dentist office.
Dr. Dan and his staff have gone above and beyond in my dental health as well as my overall well being. The overall positive happy vibe set the tone every visit. I had Zoom done to whiten my teeth at Great Smiles. From the initial interaction to book the appointment and through out the entire process the level of professionalism and genuine care and courtesy were OUTSTANDING! I was a little intimidated at how I would tolerate sitting through the procedure but the caring staff made it as absolutely pleasant and comfortable as possible while still obtaining an excellent outcome...4 shades whiter I believe was what they obtained! I love Dr. Dan and his staff!! Always personal yet professional and honest, it's a beautiful office and they all provide excellent work and follow up. My family and I have been going for 18 yrs now. Even with the change in location (from 5 mins to 30 mins travel time) I wouldn't dare see any other dentist!
I have gotten all your caring emails about my cleaning visit...please check your records and see when my last one was...as I think my Humana only coverage one cleaning a year....If you find they will cover the 6month..let me know and I will get myself in asap...just not sure and can't pay a full bill. You all are such great help and I love being treated like family there...I have referred your office to two of my friends, one actually called by her insurance was not accepted,..the other friend didn't take any action yet....b... read more
