Tried several times last summer to call and make an appointment for my daughters, who are current patients. Never could reach anyone left 10 messages. No one ever called me back Very poor service.. will be looking for a new dentists office who actually answers their phone
Dr. Grime is an outstanding dentist if you have issues in your mouth and teeth he is the dentist for you!
Over a year to get nowhere with this place!!! Good thing they are closing soon!!
The entire staff was friendly and I'd definitely say KIND to me. Never before (going to this dental group) had I ever had a dentist that had a "bedside manner." It didn't even occur to me to think that were possible of a dentist. Well IT IS, and Dr. Grimes has an outstanding one! The hygienist was so nice, professional, but also personable and lifted my spirit! I'm telling EVERYONE I get the chance to, just how wonderful is this dental group!!! Grateful for them!
