I had my first visit with Dr. Roldan today and was very pleased with her and her staff. It was a nice experience from the moment I called to make my appt. I have been in customer service for many years and always find myself critiquing new places. Hands down a 10! Dr. Roldan is very sweet, professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend this office.
I've been shopping around for dentist around my area and found dr. Roldan. I've talked to her twice and seem nice . She was supposed to get back to me in a week about services but never heard back to even tell me she can't help me nor she can. I Left messages with her associate still. No call back. I understand that she has other patients to see but I a simple phone call from her associate to tel me what's going on. So I have decided to go other options. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!
