Love this gym! Instructors are great, members are welcoming to a diverse group of women!
Love it here. Feel so comfortable working out here. It can be embarrassing or make one feel shy or insecure, but not here! Comfortable just being me.
Very laid back gym. Friendly and helpful staff. As long as I continue working out this will be my forever gym.
I am trilled that I have the opportunity from 6 am to 9 pm being a single working mother it is long past time to take care of me and with your hours and location it is now possible I try to go twice a day if I can thank you I am so bound and determined to get my great shape back ....
