RecommendedKathy keeps the gym clean. There are lots of amenities such as hand lotions, and hair products available also new magazines, hand sanitizers, etc. Trainers are all friendly and accepting of your limitations and most importantly certified.
RecommendedThere is atmosphere of calmness and they accept up no matter what you look like they are friendly members, volunteers, PT trainer class instructors, babysitters everybody. It's also nice it's all women so you don't have to care what you look like what you are working out, you can get sweaty and don't worry what you look like. THAT IS A BIG PLUS
RecommendedThe class teachers here are just wonderful! I want to give a special shout-out to Susan for working with me last Saturday in our yoga class!! The teachers I have had here for zumba, yoga, and pilates are the BEST!

RecommendedLove Great Shapes! It is so comfortable and it's just a great environment! Women of all shapes and sizes, ages, races enjoy this gym and are all working to get healthier and stronger. Cathy is terrific and all the employees are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else now that I've found it! Equipment is in good shape and a variety to work out on! Love it!

A safe and comfortable place to work out. Lots of great equipment (and staff on hand to help you learn to use it); superb personal trainers; classes for every level of fitness with instructors who can help you gear your workout to your body. Very well maintained and super clean! For sure a five star plus recommendation!
