I came in for a new patient appointment seconds after my scheduled appointment and was told I was late and couldn't be seen that day. I was told I was supposed to have come 15 minutes earlier than my scheduled time even though I was not told this while scheduling the appointment. When I asked if I could reschedule, I was told no, I could not be seen ever again since I was late. I was also not told about this policy ahead of time.
