Impossible to conduct a telehealth visit with a doctor as GRMC forces patients to download a strange app that in incompatible with my computer. Haven't they heard of Zoom or Facebook Messenger? Why must we use this app that doesn't work. I told them it doesn't work for me and was told I had to use that worthless app, not Facebook Messenger or Zoom (like Henry County Health Center uses.
The physicians and nurses are great. Their pricing and billing is manipulated to process through as hospital/clinic charges which is so much higher. Office visits and procedures are covered frequently at 100% except when processed this way. Thought I would use their physicians since they are closer but going back to Iowa City. $554 GRMC vs $84 Iowa City.

Love the doctors. They took good care of me. Inpatient pt was great too. The only down is the nurses could use more help. Waiting for someone to get to me was long.
