Impossible to conduct a telehealth visit with a doctor as GRMC forces patients to download a strange app that in incompatible with my computer. Haven't they heard of Zoom or Facebook Messenger? Why must we use this app that doesn't work. I told them it doesn't work for me and was told I had to use that worthless app, not Facebook Messenger or Zoom (like Henry County Health Center uses.
