Incredible! Absolutely amazed with the service I received at Great Rate Transmission. My car was leaking transmission fluid and I was worried about the cost to repair. After having Great Rate recommended to me, I called them. I was booked in the next morning by Richard (a very friendly man). I was there for a total of 10 minutes. I haven't had the opportunity to bring my car into this shop, but I did walk in this afternoon, baby in tow, after I got into a minor accident nearby and needed a wrench to remove my, now dragging, bumper so I could drive my car home. I believe I spoke with the owner, Richard, who immediately offered to send one of his mechanics, Allan, over to help me out.
