Top notch excellent experience. I went to a GM dealership and they told me I had a transmission leak, so I came to Great Rate for a second opinion and they found out I had no problems whatsoever. They are a life saver man and saved me many future problems! I highly recommend this place to anyone that has an issue with their vehicle. Most honest guys I’ve met hands down
Naturally the day your transmission gives out isn't going to be a good one. But they treated me with a smile and excellent service. Even helped me arrange for a tow and local contacts for what I needed. Now I clearly don't want to be in need of their services, but the next time my transmission even gives me a hick-up I would gladly cross the city to come here again. Thanks again for all your help!
Had an issue with my vehicle that I thought was the transmission (I was in a bit of a panic) Richard was able to ease my anxiety, got me in right away and fixed my issue.
