I recently had an issue with my vehicle and was told the problem likely is my transmission. After Richard and the folks over at Great Rate Transmission inspected my vehicle it was determined that it was actually my drive train. They were very prompt with the repair and were fair with the invoice and labor charges. They showed great care, empathy and urgency with getting my vehicle back on the road. I highly recommend Great Rate Transmission!
When it was clear that I had a transmission issue, I phoned Carey. I explained the situation and the PO code that came up. He immediately knew what the problem was and what the fix was, and quoted me the cost. I set up an appointment and took it in. The next morning he called to say the job was done and at the price quoted. He then took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Great Rate Transmission.
Fantastic experience dealing with Richard and the other employees. Very polite and easy to talk too. No frills and no BS just great service at a great price. I highly recommend that anyone who needs transmission work done to stop in and see these folks.
