Thought I was having shifting problems but Richard- the owner- took it for a test drive with me, explained what to be looking for on the tach and didn't charge me. Turns out I wasn't giving it enough rpms. Said he's not going to do a service until it needs it as to save me money which I appreciated.

I recently went to Great Rate Transmission after being told by a dealership that my vehicle needed a $7,000 transmission replacement. Incredible! Absolutely amazed with the service I received at Great Rate Transmission. My car was leaking transmission fluid and I was worried about the cost to repair. After having Great Rate recommended to me, I called them. I was booked in the next morning by Richard (a very friendly man). I was there for a total of 10 minutes.
