My sessions with Giedre were fantastic. She helped me see things in ways I hadn't before and the sessions helped me to prioritise my mental health. She's genuine yet professional and I always felt heard. I was unfortunately unable to continue our sessions as long as I wanted due to changes in my work schedule but I wouldn't hesitate to go back to her in the future. I highly recommend Giedre!

Best therapy I’ve had. Practical and useful help and guidance for improving my mental state. Great follow up and genuine level of personal care.
Received ongoing therapy for 3 years which greatly helped with managing depression, addiction, relationships, and most importantly assisted with maintaining stability with regular sessions. Overall improved quality of life.
