I love working for Great Plains! They are Awesome people who actually care about you as a person, not just a driver. Every time that I have had an issue, it always gets resolved ASAP. They have nice equipment and take good care of it. I LOVE the lease purchase program!!
I have been here now 6 months, got into the lease purchase program after 3, and enjoy most aspects of this company! It is among the best companies I have driven for. With the constant exception of 1 dispatcher, I never have any real problems with anyone in the office, and get the impression that they do genuinely care for the drivers and the family!
