This hospital doesn’t even deserve one star! The nurses had the absolute worst bedside manner and look at you as if your concerns are not valid. The room was also absolutely disgusting, thankful to not live in the this town.
I had a parotidectomy done in April and the professional staff was outstanding. They made the whole process smooth and worry free. I was informed of each step in the process, they answered all my questions, and the surgery went perfectly. Highly recommend.
I've been quite a regular here lately & from the start have just been SHOCKED by the modern facilities, wonderful staff & available services here! 100 percent great! Very nice, professional, clean, accurate, dedicated people working with you to help you with your situation. They know what they're doing & do it very well! In a little town like this, I never expected a hospital so really great. Second to none!
For some reason this hospital does not accept my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. It accepts other BCBS insurance but not my particular PPO. How do you even make that business decision? Many of the surrounding hospitals take my plan thank goodness but I have to drive at least an hour for a simple mammogram. Please explain why you do not accept ALL BCBS plans.
