I used to rave about this facility but after speaking with the front office today they made me feel as though I was insignificant and my diabetic care wasn't a big deal. I have been able to manage on my own with diet and exercise my diabetes. That is the reason I have not been there in almost 2 years unfortunately I am not able too anymore. I reached out them as they managed my care in the past and Rita and Karen made me feel as if having me as a patient was a hassle. I went to Great Plains to get information on nutrition/diet info for people with diabetes and gastroparesis. The staff was wonderful, very nice, informative, and attentive. I received all the info I was inquiring about and more. Great place and great people!
For ten years these guys have been amazing at helping me managing my diabetes!
I’ve gone here for about 40 years or more and wouldn’t want to wto trtry to live without them. Caring, compassionate and very well informed about diabetes and all the dynamics that are part of it.
These people are always great, always willing to help, and are up to date on new treatments and technology. I Was made welcome from my first day here, If I could more than five stars I would, Been a diabetic for 30+ years and was very relieved they were connected to Dr Guthrie (He was my first Dr. 30 years ago)
