I recently had a nightmare of a time working with the dealership about a door ding covered by warranty. The only good thing about the process was Great Plains employee Mark! He was super flexible meeting me around my work schedule at a time that he normally didn't work to help me jump through all the hoops the dealership was requiring in order to get it fixed. The work was perfect and super fast and he was so helpful. I would definitely come back again and recommend him to family and friends!

Unbelievable work! Mark squared me away and fixed the hood on my daughters car. It is FLAWLESS! He even took car of a door ding for me as I was on my way out. He was very professional.............I do appreciate the great work..........Thanks!
