They performed an appraisal. Asked to update the appraisal and they wanted $3400 to do a new appraisal and would take 4 weeks. There are several better options out there who make their money without backdooring the customer. You cannot trust this firm.
This is the firm that is hired by the county and all they do is rubber stamp a hypothetical software appraisal that doesn’t take the condition of the property. In other words your property will be assessed the same as one similar that had recent updates and remodeling. Nothing has changed with the tax system in this county of Lancaster. Then they send out the field appraiser from the county instead of themselves and call that a unbiased appraisal what a joke
