Great place! Nice updated apartments, Manager and staff are very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend this place. Have all sorts of leasing options. Have been in the rental industry for years, this is one of the best places to rent from in town.
I've been a tenant here for about two years. The apartments are roomy and we'll kept. the manager is great to work with and treats the tenants more like family then just tenants yet is still very professional. Work orders and responded to quickly and repairs are timely and of good quality. The on site manager understands the odd hours of the railroad and is very easy to work with when scheduling repairs. I highly recommend great plains!
